Matthew Trounce

Matthew is the Company Ninja (i.e. CEO). Matthew has held various senior management roles within the VET sector over the past 18 years with both private and public organisations. As a result of his experience in the sector he has an intimate knowledge of the working of the VET system in each state and at a federal level. Matthew has a passion for the VET sector and education in general and the role it can play in improving the lives of individuals and the performance of businesses.

Olga Gjokmarkovic

Olga is LTSA’s Secret Weapon (i.e. Operations Manager). She has over 25 years’ experience in administration, sales support and project coordination across a range of sectors, with a  particular passion for genuine customer service, making things simple through systems and processes, and making things better through never-ending improvements.

Olga loves libraries as pathways for discovery and inspiration. Her favourite books include the Conversations with God series by Neale Donald Walsch; The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield and The E-Myth Revisited by Michael E Gerber. For more light-hearted reading, Olga is a massive fan of Janet Evanovich as well as the The Little Veggie Patch Co. by Fabian Capomolla and Mat Pember.

Outside of LTSA, Olga teaches social Latin dancing and Zumba Gold fitness classes.
